Monthly Food Distribution

Over 100 million Nigerians live in absolute poverty. The northern region where we work, has the highest concentration of poor people in the country, who go to bed hungry and wake up unsure of where and how the next meal would come. The impact of this, is felt more by women and children.

Once every month, the team visit the homes of the most vulnerable women and families in kaduna communities, providing them and their children with food items.

This program does not only address hunger issues, but also keep children and young women off the streets, ensuring they attend school with nourished minds and bodies.

The monthly visitation and food distribution has been a tool for mending emotional wounds, lifting spirits, and bringing solace to the most vulnerable homes and families in kaduna communities.
